I think that may be part of why I'm such a compulsive deleter.
I make the effort to erase all evidence that any form of communication ever existed."BLOCK" is one of my favourite features. And "Valtrex" is the name of anyone in my phone I should not be talking to...

I have also found that the best thing you can do is delete them, and only once have I ever wanted to go back and read one of the emails.
